IEEE MDM 2012

We would like to update you on the following important points:

(1) Demo:

• Each accepted demo presentation will be given a 2ft X 3ft poster board. Please bring with you any material that you may want to display to explain the idea being demonstrated. 
• A table of approx area 3 ft X 2 ft will be given to you to setup your demo.  Wifi network and power connection points will be made available as well. You need to bring any other equipment, such as laptop, mobile devices, etc, that may be needed for the demonstration. 

(2) Poster: Each accepted poster presentation will be given a 3ft X 4ft poster board. Please bring with suitable material for your poster presentation. 

(3)  Posters and Demos: A Rapid Fire session has been arranged on 23 July 2012 (Day 1 of the conference). Here, each poster and demo paper will get about 5 minutes to describe the key idea proposed. Please prepare 1 or 2 slides to present in this session. 

(4) Regular Research Papers: the presentation time is 22 minutes, plus 3 minutes for questions.

(5) Short Research Papers: the presentation time is 12 minutes, plus 3 minutes for questions.
