Registration


Authors can register for MDM 2021 by following the registration instructions in this page.

MDM 2021 is a fully virtual event and there will be no registration fees for non-author attendees. However, non-author participants will have to register through the registration process by selecting the “Conference participation” option.

Conditions

Before registering, please read below important information regarding registration.

To be included in the MDM 2021 proceedings,all accepted papers (including research papers, papers in industry track, demo and PhD papers) must have at least one paper registration by its authors. Note that registration fees should be paid for each paper accepted in MDM 2021.

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author upload a video presentation.

When registration is complete and fully paid, the participant will receive a confirmation with a receipt by email.

The conference is complimentary for non-authors and co-authors. Participants can register through the registration process by selecting the “Conference participation” option.

Registration includes virtual technical sessions and workshops. Conference proceedings will be distributed via digital download.

Payment options

Payment will be accepted through the following methods:

  • Credit card (secure payment system) - Visa & Matercard are accepted.
  • Wire transfer - All bank charges have to be paid by the payer.

Wire transfer remarks:

  • A registration is considered complete and valid only when the full payment has been received.
  • All payments made via wire transfer must be received by June 8, 2021, otherwise the registration is cancelled.
  • You will receive the bank account details by email after your online registration. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email to registration+MDM@computer.org.
  • Please do not forget to give the name of the registrant you are paying for on the bank transfer order. All bank transfer charges have to be paid by the registrant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author upload a video presentation.

If a paper is not presented at the virtual conference, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed to conference attendees as conference proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to IEEE.

Author Refund:

Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author or refunded ONLY under special circumstances before June 8, 2021. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to registration+MDM@computer.org. At least one author of the paper must be registered in order to upload and register the camera-ready paper. Only the Corresponding Author is able to upload the paper. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication in MDM 2021.
