Registration
Authors can register for MDM 2023 by following the registration instructions in this page.
Important Author Information
At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.
The author registration deadline is 10 June 02 July, 2023.
Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
Each paper to be included in the MDM 2023 proceedings (including research, industry, demo, workshop and PhD forum papers) must have at least one *Conference Registration* by its authors by the early registration deadline, 10 June 02 July, 2023.
Every paper needs one author to register. The discount for subsequent papers is 50% if an author wants to register for multiple papers.
Additional papers may be purchased for an additional fee.
Authors can locate their can locate their Paper ID# in their submission sites (e.g., Microsoft CMT).

Conditions
Before registering, please read below important information regarding registration.
To be included in the MDM 2023 proceedings, all accepted papers (including research papers, papers in industry track, demo and PhD papers) must have at least one paper registration by its authors. Note that registration fees should be paid for each paper accepted in MDM 2023.
When registration is complete and fully paid, the participant will receive a confirmation with a receipt by email.

Payment options
Payment will be accepted through the following methods:
- Credit card (secure payment system) - Visa & Matercard are accepted.
- Wire transfer - All bank charges have to be paid by the payer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed to conference attendees as conference proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to IEEE.
Author Refund:
All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration+MDM@computer.org by 17 June, 2023, 11:59 PM AoE Time. No refunds are available after the cancellation deadline.
At least one author of the paper must be registered in order to upload and register the camera-ready paper. Only the Corresponding Author is able to upload the paper. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication in MDM 2023.
