Please access the Online Author Kit to

  1. format your camera-ready paper based on the Author's Final Paper Formatting and Submission Instructions (Steps 1 to 4),
  2. convert your camera-ready paper to PDF through PDF eXpress (It will be available on March 31, 2016) (Steps 5 to 6),
  3. submit your copyright form to IEEE CPS (Step 7), and
  4. submit your camera-ready PDF (Step 8).

The camera-ready paper and copyright form submission deadline is 8 April 2016.
